I'm selling stuff - nearly my entire collection

I've said I was going to do it many times, but I'm finally doing it this time - I'm selling a ton of my games. I just don't play games as much as I used to, and I figure its time they go to some other good homes. I'm not selling everything I have (so you people who might have had hopes to snag bits of my Suikoden collection - sorry) but I'm selling probably a good 75-90%.

I did some comparison pricing on these - I checked Ebay, as well as several local gaming stores, including VGD, VGE, Gamers, and EBgames, and I did my best to undercut them all.

Prices are not set in stone - if you feel I'm being unreasonable in a price, let me know and I'll work something out with you (or explain why I think it should be that price). I'd rather sell to people I know before selling to eBay, and the more you buy, the better of a deal I'll give you.
