I just made this with half the oil and sugar, added vanilla, chocolate chips and some cinnamon. I'm about to eat it with ice-cream and will post the results.
edit: It was a bit dense, the chocolate chips sank to the bottom and I didn't mix the flour thoroughly enough so there was a small dusting on the bottom. With a few adjustments (like baking powder) it could be something worth making again though. |

I kind of thought: I like having a high protein content in my flour! Stop telling me what to do!
Then I realized I'm going to need cake flour if I attempt any more microwave baking.

Now all you need is some icing to make a delicious cake! 
A good, quick, easy icing I've found from experience is to mix honey and powdered sugar. It makes a very good icing, and it's better than the icings that are just sugar.
