Heh, I have been a Squidi fan for years. I had the pleasure of getting to comment and edit some of his work, as well as running some banner ads ages ago.
I actually prefer his new game design and blog work over his old comics. Sure, AMD was all sorts of fun, but his new work is really interesting and has inspired me in many ways.
Also, I'm glad he got rid of those old forums, I visited there once, and god, what an awful place to be  . I literally ran away in fear. Though it's like that with most webcomic forums. I dread the PA forums, and even the better ones like LFG forums still have their fair share of idiots (mostly geeky idiots there).
Why can't all webcomic communities be like this one? Sizable, fun, interesting, and with actual input from the creator... |
