I'm sensible enough not to post here when stoned or drunk. It's us lowlanders, we just have better beer and weed (legal) then anywhere else.  |

Well, weed is only legal in Holland. Where I lived for three years. While it may be somewhat more acceptable in the surrounding countries, including Dutch and Belgians together as a 'we' would probably insult any of my friends/neighbors of both nationalities. Anyways, I don't see how living there should have prevented me from posting stoned. Maybe I'm missing some big point here.
As for beer being better there, well, at least beer isn't the only existing alcohol in the world.
It's funny. Every Belgian I talk to (my best friend is Belgian, she's the one I stayed in Naples with), always brags about their superior beer, but has never really tasted many North American beers. Personally, while I love Belgian beers, Kokanee will still always be my favourite tasting beer, and it's made in B.C.
I just hiked for 8 km in the Rockies today for Field School in the blazing hot weather, and I'm exhausted. So sorry if this sounded snappish.

You kinda misread my vague post, but I don't feel like explaining what I actually meant, so sorry if it strikes you as offensive.
I have tasted foreign beers and none come close. Then again, I never tasted US beer. I'll just go with the general opinion of beer experts around the globe here and say Belgian beer is best...
The reason that I didn't drink US beers yet, is because I'm not sure I want to put fluids in my mouth coming from the country that gave us war, scientology and teen comedy movies...  |

You know what the funnest part about being stoned is? You suddenly think everything is cool. Like jumping off bridges into hedges. Then you're joined by frat boys who are not stoned and just like jumping into stuff. Then you sober up and suddenly realize you just spend an hour jumping into shrubbery with braindead morons.
Then you notice one of those frat boys wears your $500 leather jacket while falling 7 feet into a hedge... 
Oh, and jesternim, weed is legal in Belgium too, they just can't sell it here legally. But seeing that 90% of the lower Dutch weed comes from Belgium anyway, it's not hard to get supply. Also, we get it cheaper...  |
